If you are good with fiddling with the resource files you could make those permanent.I tried a non-nude mode of the same kind for FFX13-2, was cool, i wanted a black version of an outfit i liked. But the windowed mode annoyed me.if you are good with.DDS files you can whip your own textures up and have them in the game without having to close the game.i wont provide links or anything. Its out there, just a few searches away on bing or guugle.
