My suggestion is to change the subject line in this thread or request it to be deleted all-together as it is miss leading. It is not an 'Upgrade'.
It is in fact a modification 'that works'. It is not something owners of the original Ulterra Motor can simply walk in and purchase and I am not certain it is an item you can even call into Minn Kota and order direct.
