そして、Fallout: New Vegas - Anthony Lings Coiffure Hair Eyes Lashes Modの方の『Lings.esm』を同じくSteam SteamApps common fallout new vegas Dataにコピーする。 それから、NexusModManagerを起動してPluginsのリストからLings.esmを有効化する。. This is me just fighting legion the mods i used were Anthony Lings Coiffure - Hair Eyes Lashes for FONV http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35.

Thanks to the permission of EARACHE42, Anthony Lings Coiffure comes to New Vegasbecause the world has had a bad hair day doesn’t mean you have to!Lings Coiffure is a cosmic expansion and plug-in upgrade for Yoshikinakota's venerable HairPack. Hey thereAlso sent this message through the Nexus Forums, but I figured I'd best post it here as well.Just a small heads up, but I've downloaded your mod to alter my appearance with Showracemenu. All the hairs (at least the 30 or so I tested) can be selected just fine; but when I try to select a set of eyes my game crashes instantly.

I've tried it with 4 random eyes and each caused a crash.Just thought I'd pass it alongPosts: 3360 Joined: Mon Jan 22, 2007 8:12 amDisplay posts from previous: Sort.

Hair

So this didn't seem like a technical issue, and it.is. mod related. Thus posting it here: I can't get the new hair styles to work for Anthony Lings Coiffurefollowed the instructions under 'How do I install Lings Coiffure?' To the letter (including downloading the resources for FO3, installing part of that, the.esm from the link above and making sure the load order is correct), but when I enter the game the hair does not show up as an option.

New

I can see the mesahes etc in the respective data folders (hundreds of them), I can see the.esm is selected, but during character personalization they are not available as options.I read through the 30+ pages on nexus from people having a similar issue, but no one ever seems to give a response as to what to do next; it's either 75% of the people who love it and like the mod, or those that can't get it to work (like me!)I'm using Fallout Mod Manager and the New Vegas Mod Manager. Neither seems to make a difference. Things to try?Posts: 3434 Joined: Sat Oct 07, 2006 4:42 pm. Possibly stupid question, but have applied Archive Invalidation?

If not, you'll find Archive Invalidation function in the FOMM tools menu.I was using that mod until recently without any issues.Edit: also, the Steam launcher overwrites the ini file in the My Games folder every time it's run, so the 'ArchiveInvalidationIvalidated!bsa' must be listed on the falloutdefault.ini in the install folder. I don't know how FOMM does it since i used the manual version.Posts: 3455 Joined: Fri Jun 23, 2006 8:33 am. The entries for the hairs should still show up in the character generation though, even if the graphics don't.

My bet is he has something that's overriding it, easy to do with race mods and the fact that Lings is an esm.Well yeah, but still, Archive Invalidation is pretty much mandatory if you want to mod your game.Okay, let me try to help here. Are you running any mods at all apart from Ling's that alters the race menu in any way, hair, eyes, face presets etc. Anything like that at all?Posts: 3361 Joined: Wed Jul 25, 2007 2:59 am.

You should probably open your mod list with FNVEdit. You may have a mod loaded after Lings that is overriding the Lings changes to the race you are using. I've seen a lot of that kind of problem. It didn't report any conflicts aside from a 9mm pistol 'conflict'mehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I'll try deleting my archiveinvalidation.txt. Nope didn't make a differenceunchecked/rechecked archive invalidation in FMOD, confirming choice each time (this, um, DELETED my archiveinvalidation.txt file. Is that normal?)And then I unchecked every othe mod I had running. And they showed up.

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo load order be damned, something is interfering here. Time to track it down.phew. Thanks guys for the help there.Posts: 3367 Joined: Fri Mar 09, 2007 6:25 pm.

Thanks guys for the help there.Moving it to the end won't help. It's an esm, they always load before esps no matter where you put them.

You need to disable mods to find the one that's conficting. You don't need an ArchiveInvalidation.txt when using the invalidated method, that method was specifically designed to remove the need for the text file. Also, if you used FOMM to install the invalidation, then the instructions you followed will be incorrect.

FOMM uses 'Fallout - AI!bsa' not 'ArchiveinvalidationInvalidated.bsa' as listed in those instructions, so you need to make sure you added the correct name to your inis.Posts: 3537 Joined: Tue Dec 05, 2006 6:59 pm. Loose files mean any resource files in your data directory structure that are not packed into a BSA. AI is required to inform the engine to load these files or else they are ignored. The NV release of Lings Coif (last I,looked) doesn't actually include the files, so be sure you actually have themConflict detection is easy with FNVedit. Just start it with all your active mods.

Expand the tree for Lings, expand the child tree for race, click on the race of your choice and observe what columns are displayed on the right. Any mod other than lings that has a race entry will disable Lings cosmetics for that race.Once you found the source of your conflict, you can use FNVedit to manually make patch.Posts: 3510 Joined: Tue Jul 31, 2007 7:43 pmDisplay posts from previous: Sort.
